How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- USA: approx. 3–7 business days, depending on the warehouse and product.
- International: approx. 7–21 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses in the USA and overseas.
Whenever possible, we ship from a US warehouse for faster delivery to US customers. If an item is only available internationally, it will ship from our overseas warehouse.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping times and costs depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Are the LED collars and leashes safe for my dog?
Yes. Our LED products are designed to be lightweight and comfortable for everyday use.
They use low-power LEDs inside the collar or leash material. As with any collar, make sure it’s not too tight and check regularly for signs of wear.
Are the collars waterproof?
Our LED collars and leashes are water-resistant and suitable for light rain and splashes.
They are not designed for swimming or full submersion. If the product gets very wet, dry it off with a towel before charging it.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog’s neck where the collar normally sits and compare it to the size chart on the product page.
If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
For cut-to-fit collars, you can trim the tube to the perfect length.
How do I charge the LED collar?
Each LED collar comes with a USB charging cable.
- Plug the cable into any USB port (laptop, power bank, wall adapter).
- Connect the other end to the charging port on the collar.
- Charge until the indicator light shows it’s full (see product page for details).
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order (damaged, defective or wrong item), please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
If it has already shipped, we may no longer be able to change it, but we’ll still try to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t work?
Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the product is defective or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you, according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
